Yet the pervasive tendency to blame China, and the current regime in particular, is misplaced. Most of China's actions are perfectly understandable attempts by a rising power to expand its influence abroad.

The rise of china, if it continues, may be the most important trend in the world for the next century. When historians one hundred years hence write about our time, they may well conclude that the most significant development was the emergence of a vigorous market economy-and army-in the most populous country of the world. This is particularly likely if many of the globe's leading historians and pundits a century from now do not have names like Smith but rather ones like Wu.

China is the fastest growing economy in the world, with what may be the fastest growing military budget. It has nuclear weapons, border disputes with most of its neighbors, and a rapidly improving army that may-within a decade or so-be able to resolve old quarrels in its own favor. The United States has possessed the world's largest economy for more than a century, but at present trajectories China may displace it in the first half of the next century and become the number one economy in the world.

Even in the US, the cry is heard: Go east, young man! "If I were a young journalist today, figuring out where I should go to make my career, I would go to China," said Philip Bennett, the Washington Post's managing editor, in a fawning interview with the People's Daily in Beijing a few weeks back. "I think China is the best place in the world to be an American journalist right now."

The only thing rising faster than China is the hype about China. In January, the People’s Republic’s gross domestic product (GDP) exceeded that of Britain and France, making China the world’s fourthlargest economy. In December, it was announced that China replaced the United States as the world’s largest exporter of technology goods. Many experts predict that the Chinese economy will be second only to the United States by 2020, and possibly surpass it by 2050.

Western investors hail China’s strong economic fundamentals—notably a high savings rate, huge labor pool, and powerful work ethic—and willingly gloss over its imperfections. Businesspeople talk about China’s being simultaneously the world’s greatest manufacturer and its greatest market. Not to be left out, every global automobile giant has built or is planning new facilities in China, despite a flooded market and plunging profit margins.

6 Tips in Getting More Sales

If you're still struggling to turn your website visitors into
paying customers, there's a good chance your salescopy could
use some "tweaking."

After all, your salescopy is the part of your site that does
the "heavy lifting."

It needs to establish the problem you're solving... carefully
explain why you're the best person to solve that problem...
outline the benefits of your solution... all while gently
leading the reader toward making that crucial buying decision.

So if you have low conversion rates on your site -- and you
suspect your copy is the culprit -- here's my list of six
"must-have" copy elements that EVERY website should contain...

1. Write an attention-grabbing headline
----------------------------------------

A really good headline should emphasize the key benefit of your
product or service. It needs to emphasize the biggest solution
your product provides... generate curiosity and pull readers
further into your site.. and capture the main attractions of
your product.

Make sure your headline clearly states the biggest benefits
right away. You must show your visitors why they should stick
around.

2. Establish your credibility
----------------------------------------

You need to provide some sort of information on your site that
proves you're a credible, trustworthy source. You can do this
in two ways:

Provide your credentials -- explain what makes you an "expert"
in your field by providing information about your experience and
credentials. Discuss your business experience, your achievements,
your awards, and accolades.

Include customer testimonials -- the best way to back up your
claims is to prove that other people have already benefited
from your product, service, or expertise. Make sure your
testimonials are descriptive and list the customer's full name,
business name and URL.

3. Sell with BENEFITS
----------------------------------------

A feature is something your product has or does, while a benefit
is something it does for you. Benefits are not "cheapest" or
"top quality." They answer the question "what's in it for me?"
or "why should I keep reading?"

Use the benefits of your product to solve the problems of your
audience. Don't try to SELL your product or service -- try to
HELP your visitors.

4. Transfer ownership
----------------------------------------

When you transfer ownership, you shift your focus so your
reader starts to think of the product as their own, something
they could imagine owning or using, or something they could
benefit from.

Make sure your copy is full of phrases like "you will learn,"
"you will receive," "you will be pleased to hear," etc. There
should be twice as many "you" and "yours" in a salesletter
than "I," "we," or "me."

5. Remove the risk with a strong guarantee
-------------------------------------------

On the Internet, skeptical buyers need the safety net of a
guarantee to help them to decide to purchase your product or
service. In fact, your customers will only feel comfortable
buying from you if you remove the risk completely.

And if you're worried about losing profits by offering an
unconditional money-back guarantee, you should know that
almost NOBODY will take you up on the guarantee, no matter
HOW generous, so don't be afraid to "go big!"

6. Build value
-------------------------------------------

It's extremely important that you build tremendous value FIRST,
before stating your price. If you fail to let your visitors see
how much your product is worth to them in terms of savings,
perceived benefits, etc, you risk losing them at this stage.

You want readers to feel like they're getting the deal of the
century.

So how does YOUR site stack up to my list? If you're missing

Over the years technology has provided us with more options for sending and receiving content over the internet. One of the newest is a delivery system called Real Simple Syndication or "RSS".

RSS is a format for delivering news and other content through a syndication channel. The most common sites that publish RSS feeds still include major news organizations whose information is broken into different stories and can be delivered to recipients once published.

This delivery concept has also been adopted by other non-news related sites such as the blogging community who publish posts (similar to news stories) and allow other people to subscribe through RSS to receive their blog posts automatically.

How Do Search Engines Work?

Well, there is more than one type of search engine technically. There are those such as Google that automatically crawl through the internet and there are human powered directories (Humans still have their uses and the Open Directory Project is an example, where real people review a listing)

To find information on the millions of Web pages that exist, a search engine uses special software robots, called spiders, to build lists of the words found on Web sites. The process is called 'crawling'. There are three very hungry spiders on the Net. Their names are Googlebot (Google), Slurp (Yahoo!) and MSNBot (MSN Search)

That might create a nice picture in the mind, but in fact these spiders don't actually go anywhere. They find web pages by following links in pages that they already know about. They are not clever enough to type in a web address (yet!)

Which means of course is that if your website is not linked with another website, the spider won't see it - unless a human being lets the search engine know you're out there.

After spiders find pages, they pass them on to another computer program for "indexing." This program identifies the text, links, and other content in the page and stores it in the search engine database's files so that the database can be searched by keyword.

Every time you change your web pages, there's a time lag before a crawler based search engine finds the change, and of course that change can affect your listing.

Ok, it's a bit more complicated than that - Each search engine has developed a set of rules and mathematical equations, known as an algorithm, which it uses to set the order of its rankings. If you are interested there are plenty of websites that will explain this to you!

To get onto the search engines then, you either have to tell the search engine you are there, or have other websites link to you. Beyond that, there are plenty of websites offering you a quick fix to the problem!

How to Create a Podcast

This is what I learned during this weekend.

Podcasting is easy to get involved in for anyone who wants to create a podcast. The first thing necessary is access to a web server. The user needs to be able to upload files to the server itself, so podcasting can't be done from a simple blogging or journal site. It's probably best to register a domain and find a host for the site.

Once the site has been set up and the user has access to the host server, a small program called dircaster.php should be customized for your site, and can be used to automatically generate the RSS feed that the subscribers will download. The mp3 files should be uploaded to the proper directory after all the information about the file has been attached. After they are in the directory, the address of dircaster.php, as long as it is in the same directory as the mp3 files, will generate an RSS file that will tell your subscribers where to download the latest podcasts from.

To update and and a new episode, create and upload the new mp3 file to the same directory. When dircaster.php is accessed, it will recognize the new file and relay the information on to your visitors.

With these steps, it is easy for anyone to create a podcast with a small expenditure of time and effort. The site is easy to set up; domains and hosting are now cheap enough almost anyone to have a small site, and the programs necessary are all easy to find and use.

Another important issue is A podcast client.

A podcast client is the software used to access and download podcasts. Podcast clients are also known as media aggregators, programs designed to automatically access an online file, or feed, and download the audio or video file associated with it. Hundreds of these programs exist, with names like IpodderX, Juice, Nimiq, and PodSpider. These podcast clients are easy to find, and because there are so many available for free, it is easy to find one that suits an individuals needs and style. These programs run on the users computer, periodically downloading a small RSS file from sites that it has been told to monitor. The file tells the program about an audio or video file stored on the server, and the podcast client then downloads that file for the user to view or listen to.

The podcast client thus allows the user to view information on a wide range of topics from their computer, without even using a web browser. Just like blogs let people find writers they enjoyed for any niche topic they were interested in, podcasts let people do them same for audio and video. Its as if a thousands of radio and television channels were created to serve every possible interest, and more were made every day. Yesterday I did when to my friend house for a courtesy visit since he is not feeling well. So after talking and talking I noticed one book on his desk, "Earn US dollars in Your Pajamas" by Sen Ze, an Internet Entrepreneur.

I browse around the book and pop to an interesting topic. It is called the "Virus" model for Internet Business. Sen Ze said if one need to starts an Internet business is to have a single page website or blog that features something funny, something sad, something touching, something rude or something controversial. (interesting huh!) Then he said when your visitor seen your website, he or she will not be able to resist telling their friends about it, and on and on it goes.

Thus the marketing of your website or blog is done mainly by your own visitors, and for free. The message about your website spreads like a virus and when you have visitors coming in droves or surges, you will make money. Walla!, simple as that =)

The trick is in knowing what to put on your website or blog that evokes this desire to share amongst your visitors, and how to ensure that they will spread it when they are right on your website and not after they have left it to ensure the best results!

After you have activated all the Plugins you should see the above message just click on the link enter your Wordpress.com API Key.

To get your API Key, all you need to do is go to www.wordpress.com and sign up for a free account, the API Key will be email to you when you sign up a free account.

Chances are you saw a generic page that said something
like, "The page cannot be displayed," or "Not Found,"

Money is an important factor when you start a new business for three reasons. The first consideration is of course the old adage that it takes money to make money. While it is possible to start an Internet enterprise with nothing, it is easier to have at least a little start-up capital. Another important financial factor is your personal financial standing. If you need to hold down a full-time or part-time job while also trying to start a business it could be too much to handle especially if you have other personal obligations. Finally, your attitude toward money is a big factor. If you are a wise personal financial manager then you will likely be able to apply those same skills and knowledge to your business finances, but if you can't manage your personal finances then likely you won't be able to manage your business finances. Businesses with a good cash flow can sometimes forgive a little financial mismanagement but new businesses struggling to get off the ground often demand very wise financial management to survive.

Time is also an important element in new business success or failure. Many new entrepreneurs far underestimate the time they will need to spend on developing, growing, and maintaining their business. Many entrepreneurs who fail are not good managers of their time. It is important for you to know that you can dedicate a certain number of hours each day or week to your new venture -- and that time can be spent on all areas important to the future success of your business such as planning, ongoing work, and promotion and marketing. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the actual servicing of existing customers that you forget to cultivate new customers. Sometimes it is easy to become overwhelmed by the day-to-day work and overlook planning for the future. Both these mistakes are time management problems that can lead to business failure.

Finally, the most important quality involved in the success of new ventures can be summed up in one word -- attitude. Do you possess the right attitude to become a successful entrepreneur? One of the most important qualities that determine a successful attitude is self-direction. Can you work effectively without supervision? Are you goal-oriented and self-sufficient? Can you make effective decisions on your own? Self-direction is not enough though. You must also be flexible and open-minded to recognize opportunity when it knocks. Some entrepreneurs have worked their new businesses right into the ground because they were not willing to modify or change their business plan. The right attitude also encompasses the ability and willingness to learn. Successful entrepreneurs are constantly learning and evolving. They learn more about their market niche, they learn more about marketing, they learn more about general business skills, and they learn more about themselves.

And so, if you are considering whether or not you have the right stuff to start your own business then you should consider the MAT factor. Where do you stand when it comes to Money, Attitude, and Time? Really consider all the angles before venturing out on your own. You can be a successful entrepreneur and make all your dreams come true, but you need to start with the right ingredients.

extremely cheap. That's the small how.

So here's how to create a powerful online presences.

You need three things:

A blog, an auto responder, and a lead capture page.

Here's what you do.

Set up your lead capture page highlighting your prospects
biggest desires, fears, and with what you have to give
uniquely.

Allow your leads to opt in.

Generate traffic from as many sources as you can
economically.

A quick point on this is some say certain types of traffic
generation can be extremely expensive and time consuming.

I say yeah they can be, but it's only expensive if you're
not earning anything.

Make sure you are able to monetize your traffic so that you
can continually generate traffic and leads.

Once you have leads, communicate with them often via email
and personally via the phone from the perspective that you
are a life coach.

Archive all you do on your blog and be sure to add as much
credibility to your blog as you possibly can.

I.E. Ask your prospects to leave you a few kind words about
their experience in communicating with you and then post
those on your blog.

Why?

Think about it from your prospects perspective. They don't
know you at first, but they want to.

First, they want to see what others have said to give them a
firm grounding on what do believe about you.

Well if you've got plenty of others people saying good
things about you guess what that prospect is going to say?

"This person is really great and I would like to work more
closely with them."

So simple, but so rarely done.

Do it and set yourself apart from the rest.

Don't allow the excuse of "Well I don't have anyone to say
anything good about me."

Yes you do! If you have friends or family ask them to write
you a note about why they like you and let that be the
beginning.

I'm sure you have both, so there is no reason you can't get
this done today.

Just do it.

Better Than Recruiting

Dear Friend,

Today I got an interesting topic to share here.

When you think about recruiting, at least when I think about recruiting an image of being on the phone for countless hours with little return for that time spent comes to my mind.

It's funny that what is taught for the most part is pure torture and turns most would be successful network marketers into cynics of network marketing.

Recruiting does NOT have to be calling leads and getting hung up on. In fact it shouldn't be.

That situation is only conducive those that are literally sharks on the phone. Those that could sell snow to Eskimos in the middle of a snow storm waking them up in the middle of the night to tell them about it.

If that ain't you, and isn't me, then that most likely isn't going to work.

Want to know a better way?

Instead of recruiting, think about what you're doing is more like being a life coach.

You've done your research, you know who you prospects are, where to find them and how you stand out from the crowd, well if you've got this part is simple.

What does a life coach do?

He or she coaches you to be a better you.

Do this with your prospects when they are still prospects. Don't force them to sign up into your business with hard sell tactics, instead give them free advice on what they should do based on what you know and what you've experienced.

Here's what that does. It creates attraction. Law of Attraction! :D

You're now more valuable than that guy that is trying recruit prospects using sneaky and heavy handed tactics.

Your prospects like you now and they don't feel any pressure towards you, and in fact start to ask in their own mind "I wonder what it is that you are doing?" and "I wonder how I can get on that train?"

Remember a few days ago when I said to pay close attention what frustrated you in your business and how that makes you FEEL?

Well now is the time to use that.

When you communicate with your prospects use your own plain and frustration to identify with your prospects and make it your sole goal in your prospecting to move them past those roadblocks and don't ask for anything in return.

Just watch what happens.

Wait... "the Net and Network Marketing"??

Those two should go together, hand-in-glove. And yet, Network Marketers have struggled to realize the near-infinite networking, lead-generating potential of the Web.

'WHY MOST SYSTEMS FAIL'

Hello friends,

Some thinkle for you to think during this weekend.

Okay, let’s break-it down.. (part of step 3 revealed)

First things first! Let’s understand WHY most systems FAIL..

Its NOT the company, its not the product or the compensation plan that failed but instead the so called ‘system of duplication’.

In a MLM business model, the very economics requires duplication or multiplication for its success. So, for the past over 50 years, we have been taught to keep things simple so that we can *duplicate*.

Every known ‘big’ leader or Double-diamond or Presidential Director has taught us exactly that (be coachable and duplicatable), because that’s the only way they themselves know and have been taught. That was okay, if you’re building your MLM business BEFORE the 90’s when MLM is still not a mature industry and internet was not born yet.

That system of duplication consists of a string of ‘systematic’ processes that most of us are overly familiar with…

* do your namelist of 200 names
* do not speak to anyone until you attend training..
* practice your invite script
* share with your warm market until it runs out? Of course they tell you that it’ll never run-out as you meet new people everyday.. Yeah. Right!
* don’t miss orientation, more trainings, hotel meetings, house meetings, one-on-ones, two-on ones (buddy system), 3 way calling, conference calls etc.
* do the numbers, law of averages… Every NO means you’re getting closer to a YES! Just don’t quit even IF you hit a wall and are ‘bleeding’.. the ship’s coming in!
* when you’re down.. look ‘UP’Line. When you’re UP, look after your ‘DOWN’Lines..

GEEZS!! One company to another… the same ‘success’ stories (1 to 3%)

Interestingly, many MLM opportunities in recent times ‘appear’ to be automated internet systems… BUT truth is you’ll need to pick up that darn 100 pound phone (after) and ultimately sell something or convince someone (yours is better than mine) what a load of "dot dot dot". Because by now, your prospect is already probably in another MLM company and has been roughed-up and burnt just like you are. Difference is.. you didn’t QUIT :)

Unless you’re a pro on the phone AND even IF you make the time (which never seems to have enough hours in a day..), most can’t sell for nuts or just lack the skills (admit it!)

Most don’t have enough time for the ‘learning curve’ to show results AS their spouses or downlines have already left!!

Well, you know the rest of the story… and finally, NOT until now… I can see and understand the cause of these ‘systems’ breaking down each time like clockwork..

ITS 'HIDDEN' FROM US IN PLAIN-SIGHT..

As Joe Schmoe puts it.. ‘its hidden from us in PLAIN SIGHT,’ I’ll be darned!

The CULPRIT? All these so called systems are heavily IF NOT primarily reliant on the ‘HUMAN FACTOR’ to make it work!! That’s where the system breaks down MISERABLY..

Humans or PEOPLE cannot be duplicated as much as you try (even to the extent of dressing them up in the same red ties and dark jacket) That’s WHY duplication FAILS!!

We could not duplicate People but We could duplicate a System!

Even when you’re lucky enough to sign-up your best friend without any rejections.. chances are your best friend may not have the same fortune AND he’s now another statistic (human element) that causes the system to breakdown even further…

Let me illustrate and I don’t think I’m exaggerating… you send the Top ten of your team members for the same intensive 10 day bootcamp with Mr Robbins on a lost island … at the end of the 10 days, you would wind up with 10 different leaders (keyword is different). Exactly!

Final word: people cannot be duplicated.. only MACHINES CAN. So, what’s the obvious solution.. let the machines duplicate themselves..

Machines (internet) will send/give the information, build the relationship (through copywriting and audio/videos online), do the selling if necessary, take the order and close the sale or recruit. How about also doing the follow-up and training.. giving instructions (as leaders do), step by step…

Now, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a professor, a seasoned networker or newbie, a homemaker or school dropout… you go through the same McDonalds door, you’ll probably come out on the other end with a Big Mac. Its predictable.. No tactics or techniques required!

What goes through a machine will come out duplicated (of course there’s that occasional weasel) that’s still bearable… but NOT when 95% is coming out wrong the way it is with ‘people’. (oh Ya! MLM is a PEOPLE business by the way… weren’t you told?)

YES! I would like to think of it as PEOPLE are ALL *making money* while MACHINES are doing ALL the WORK ‘duplicating’. Now… isn’t that more like it??

'GIVE YOUR WAY' TO UNLIMITED WEALTH!

NEXT; imagine this! What if you’re just ‘GIVING AWAY’ (Paying It Forward) these machines, rather than trying so hard to chase friends and family, even strangers to SELL them?

Will there be any objections or possible violence?

The Zen of Prospecting

Hi Friends,

This is what I learn today and would like to share with you.

When it comes to prospecting for network marketing leaders, there are two rules I suggest you must always keep in front of yourself. In fact, these rules are outlined on a sign I keep right by my phone for every prospecting call. For me, they sum up successful prospecting perfectly.

Rule #1: Give up the right to make anyone do anything.

Rule #2: Look for a way to contribute to your prospect's life.

Simply following these two easy rules takes away any inclination to exert pressure on your prospect. In network marketing, pressure and intimidation do not work!

A prospect who unwillingly signs up as a distributor under pressure, or anything other than making an informed choice will never be motivated to do what it takes to succeed. What may look like a victory in the short term will turn out to be a waste of time and energy if your reluctant prospect needs you to constantly push and pull them into action.

By giving up the right to make anyone do what you want them to do, you create the space for them to step forward powerfully and freely choosing their actions to succeed.

And that's where Rule #2 comes into play. The real power of network marketing lies in its positive impact on people's lives. Network marketing is about contribution.

Everyone has some aspect of their life where your opportunity can contribute something of value. For many, it may be a supplemental monthly paycheck. For others, it may be complete financial and time freedom, or the opportunity to contribute to the lives of others. If you look hard enough and ask the right questions, you'll usually discover just where your contribution fits.

As for those who see absolutely nothing of value in what you could contribute to their lives the opportunity is simply not right for them at this time. Let it be. It's not up to you to force a fit.

Finding Out Who Your Prospect Is.

The key to any successful relationship is developing a bond with the other person, establishing a common ground, the mutuality that will allow the two of you to communicate and function as partners. This bond includes permission to explore the possibilities of involvement in that partnership.

All too often, the first prospecting instinct is to dump information. Distributors often feel, Just one more fact or tidbit about my company, my products or my opportunity will be the one thing that makes the difference the thing that gets them in! So they tell the prospect everything they know, hoping to persuade her to see the same value that attracted them.

This is a very blind approach. You have no clue what would interest another person unless you ask. So instead, we rely on dumping information on deaf ears.

You can't possibly be effective in meeting the needs and wants of others if you don't know what they are! Get to know your prospects first. Step into their shoes. Walk a mile or two. Find out what it's like to live and work in their world. Once you've listened to understand who they are, you will have created the space for them to listen to your presentation and for you to be understood. Have you heard the cliché, People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care? Listen to people and you will create the opening for them to listen to you. Human beings nearly always honor the Golden Rule: They will do unto you as you do unto them.

Building Rapport

If you remember only one thing about successful prospecting this is it: Rapport must precede the exchange of information. A casual conversation is the best way to build this rapport. In other words, find out what you can about people before you share your opportunity.

Here's how to prevent your prospecting conversations from ever being a FLOP.

Simply remember to ask about the following:

F Family
L Live
O Occupation
P Passions

F Family

This is one thing most people are willing to talk about - especially their kids. Make the opportunity to ask about their family. Show curiosity and a sincere interest in what is most important to them. This is particularly a good starting point to reestablish rapport with people you already know but have been out of touch with for a while. Asking "How's your family?" is the best way to build an instant bond.

L Live

With strangers, this is the best place to start. Everyone has to live somewhere. Look for points
of interest regarding a favorite region, hometown or current residence. Even people who come from a not-so-great place can be proud of their roots.

A great ice breaker on an airplane is, "Are you leaving home or going home today?" It's easy from there. After all, we all live on the same common ground.

O Occupation

Most people spend many hours and a great deal of energy on their work whether they like it or not! This is one of the easiest places to explore when speaking to a stranger or deepening an acquaintance, after you've opened up where they are from or currently live. For example: Where are you from? Dallas. Oh, what do you do there? And so on.

Questions such as, How long have you been doing that? or responses like, Really, tell me more about that...- give the person an opportunity to speak about themselves which is usually their favorite subject! This line of questioning also allows you to explore their level of satisfaction with their work. I'll often ask people, "What do you like best about your work?" And then, "What do you enjoy the least?" I've learned over the years to start off on the positive. If there are negatives, they'll come out sooner or later.

Other conversation options might be, "How many days a week do you work? Do you do much traveling?" One of my favorites is, "Let's say that money is no object, all your bills are paid, your kids' tuition's handled, etc." "Would you still do what you're doing for a living now?" "Would you work less or not at all?" "What would you do in your spare time?"

Passions (as reflected in hobbies, recreation and special interests)

This is where you look for the gold. These are the things that people get excited about telling you. Do they love to travel? If so, where would they go? With whom? Golf? How often would they play? Maybe they like to paint or fish or bird watch. It doesn't matter what it is they love to do. What matters is that through a conversation with you they begin to dream.

As they share their dreams, they realize that they just don't have the time or the money to do what they'd like. That's where you and your opportunity come in with the awesome power of possibilities. Don't rush at this point. Let them get it all out. Encourage them: Tell me more about that... What's that like for you... How do you feel when you're ...?

Being a contribution requires two things: Knowing what you're contributing and patience. (Remember Zen Rule #2.)

To summarize, find out who your prospects are. Each person has unique reasons for being attracted to your opportunity. It's much more effective to find out their reasons for doing your opportunity, rather than you giving them yours. Look for what they value most. What's important to them and what's missing in their lives and work?

Talk in terms of possibilities. Explore their dreams, wants and aspirations. Guide the conversation with questions designed to have them speak about themselves. Explore the seeds of discontent in their lives. Is it money they lack, or time to spend with family and friends? Is it their job that they hate, or the lack of substantial savings for retirement? Maybe there isn't a lot of fun in their daily routine. Is their stress level so high that their health and happiness are likely to suffer?

Whatever it is, you won't discover it by doing all the talking. Ask a question then shut up and listen. Listen without judgment. Listen wide open. Your one and only job is to hear what they say.

Ninety-eight out of 100 people haven't been listened to and truly heard in years! What do you suppose they will think and feel about you if you're the one person who actually listens to them?

If you find yourself speaking more than listening, reevaluate your approach.

Most importantly, how and where can you be a contribution to their lives?

When you take the focus off of yourself and look to contribute to others, your network marketing success will naturally follow.

Please note the difference between a 'feature' and a 'benefit' "Our grass cutter is twice the size" is a feature "Our grass cutter will save you time" is a benefit "This car uses less gas" is a feature "This car saves you money" is a benefit A benefit is something very specific that is good for the reader... save money, save time, make their life easier, etc. The key when writing subject lines that emphasize benefits is to consider your product or service from your customers' point of view... How will they benefit from taking the time to read your e-mail? What will they learn? What will be their gain?

7. The advertorial

One key to getting your ad read is making the headline not look like a headline and the ad not look like an ad! Particularly effective for solo ezine ads is to write your ad as an "Advertorial" - an ad camouflaged as an editorial. The title of your advertorial should appear similar to the title of an article, book, news story, or press release. How many times have you started reading what you thought was an article or report that turned out to be an ad? Under the title of the advertorial is usually the authors name with their with their credentials. This makes it look even more like an editorial piece.

Email Marketing Part 1:
Why they should "open" your emails?

Hi Guys....

End of the month is approaching.

Wow!.......done with the first quarter of 2007. So what has you achieve so far with your business? Hope all are working fine for you.

Okay...today is a very interesting topic that I would like to share here...."Emails Marketing".

Emails are no different to 'snail mails'. You're not obliged to open them! How many times have you dumped mail in the trash without even bothering to open it? I do it all the time... circulars from supermarkets, fast-food emporiums, auto franchises ... they all make the same mistake - they send me 'snail mail spam' with an obvious commercial message on the envelope that give me no reason to want to open them. And, whether you realize it or not, you go through the same mental process with your emails. Your eyes scan the 'Subject' lines, your brain makes an instant (often subconscious) decision, and you delete anything that screams 'Spam' at you...

Here are some examples:
- $5,000 EVERY FIVE DAYS!!!!
- $250 weekly or you don't pay anything!!!
- A MILLION DOLLAR OPPORTUNITY
- ACT NOW before IT TOO LATE!
- If you can mail two envelopes, you can make a fortune!
- New and most important, FREE!
- Sign up today and secure your place.
- Join now before other do.
- MAKE $55,000 EVERY WEEK GUARANTEED!
- Friend, THIS IS NOT SPAM!
- Blah, blah, blah, blah !!

That was just a small selection from TODAY's inbox... and they'll probably be there again tomorrow, screaming 'WASTE OF TIME' at me.

So please understand this vital lesson now...

1. YOUR 'SUBJECT' IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR EMAIL

... because your entire campaign will bomb if people delete your message without ever reading it! Your subscribers will also have an inbox full of legitimate messages like yours, as well as business-related e-mail, plus personal messages from friends and family, plus the usual collection of spam.

With so many messages to sift through, they're going to do exactly the same as me and delete anything that doesn't catch their eye and appeal to them personally. An effective subject line will not "YELL" at you. It will address you personally, and it will offer a clear benefit that makes you want to read the email.

Now stand back from your own efforts and try to be totally subjective...

How many of your own e-mails and newsletters have your subscribers deleted because they saw nothing in the subject line that convinced them it was in THEIR interests to read your missive?

How many of your mails have been trashed because the recipient assumed it was spam?

How many of your mails have been trashed because the reader didn't recognize who they were from?

How many of your mails could you have saved simply by rewriting the subject line?

Probably a lot more than you think!

Does your subject line force the reader to open and read your message?

Is it impossible to ignore?

Does the recipient think, "I've just got to read this."

Does your subject line answer the question, "What's in it for me?"

And yet there is a fairly simple 'set of rules' that will almost 'guarantee' a meteoric increase in the number of emails that get opened...

2. Where you can, use your subscribers' real names

Personalized emails are 65% more likely to be opened that those that aren't.

There is no other single technique that will boost your response rate as much as this, and that's why every e-mail campaign you send should include a personalized subject line whenever possible. Use the name occasionally in the body of the email, too.

Using someone's name makes them feel as though they have a relationship with you. And nothing gets a person's attention faster than 'hearing' their own name! This way, instead of having a subject line that says (for example), "The secret is just a click away", you can place the variable before the subject ... [name], the secret is just a click away so that each and every subscriber will read their own name like, Graham, the secret is just a click away or Angela, the secret is just a click away etc. It really is as easy as that.

With most PRO safelist memberships, You can personalize your mailing... it's an awesome feature and, if you have it, you should USE IT! If you cannot personalize your mailings, start with the word "Hi", or "Hello". It breaks the ice more quickly.

3. Keep the subject short

Don't be tempted to be verbose in your subject line. Remember, you have but a split second to catch your reader's attention, so KEEP IT SHORT. As well as that, most e-mail clients have a maximum length of about 50 characters, and even the greatest subject line on earth will be wasted if it gets cut off! Try to limit your subject lines to 40 characters (about 4 or 5 words) or less. And remember, the average first name is already about 8 characters long, so your 'message' needs to be no more than about 30-35 characters (including spaces).

4. Don't use CAPITALS!!

In addition to non-personalization, there are three sure signs that an e-mail is commercial or even spam...

1. A SUBJECT LINE THAT'S ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
2. A Subject Line With Capitalized First Letters
3. A Subject Line With Lots Of Exclamation Marks!!!!!!

Spammers 'love' capital letters and exclamation points. If you do the same, I can guarantee that (rightly or wrongly) people will assume your message is spam... As Donald Sutherland would have said in 'Kelly's Heroes', "You're giving out bad vibes, brother!" Not only do capital letters and exclamations give out 'bad vibes' by making subscribers feel that you're shouting at them, they also make the subject harder to read. So why do it? The more your subject line reads like personal e-mail from a friend, the more chance your message will be opened. In addition, exclamation marks and dollar signs increase the chances of your mail being flagged as spam by the filters. And, for sure, they are going to set off warning bells in the minds of the recipients.

5. The four sure-fire attention grabbers

There are four ways in which you can make your subject line grab your reader's attention...

1. Make the reader curious
2. Create a sense of urgency
3. Share some news or make an announcement
4. Clearly demonstrate a benefit to the reader

Make the reader curious

You can write subject lines that arouse the readers curiosity, but the first paragraph of your email MUST make it clear what the connection is between the subject and the body text. Otherwise your reader will feel cheated and will not respond to your mail the way you want him or her to do. DON'T CHEAT! Don't be tempted, for example to write "Congratulations, you've just won first prize", then write an email about joining your downline in some program or other. That's a spammer's trick, and people are wise to it. The easiest way to make a reader curious is to suggest that they are missing out on something important...
[name], this one's my favourite
[name], are you making this common mistake?
[name], did you miss out before?
[name], rattle my cage and see what happens
[name], here's my response

It's important when using this technique to leave something to the imagination by posing a question (real or imaginary) that the reader simply can't answer.

Create a sense of urgency

You'd better believe this.... URGENCY is the best way to get people to react spontaneously. And you can create urgency in your subject lines either by limiting time or quantity.

[name], only 24 hours left
[name], it's now or never
[name], there are just 20 copies left
[name], I'm only releasing 10 copies
[name], only for the next ten people to read this email

Urgency is especially effective if you have already promoted a product, and decide to do a follow-up
[name], we have only two places left
[name], there are now only eight left
(But use this one sparingly, because you can easily overdo it.)

Today I read a news headline on our local daily, New Straits Times. It is great news especially to us Netpreneurs to have a broader perspective in making internet marketing a successful venture.

In case that you could not get a copy of this NST, here I extract the detail of the news.

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia's Internet users are spending more time online and doing much more, legally and otherwise, than just checking their email.

According to a survey conducted late last year by international media agency Universal McCann, 18% of respondents polled logged on for more than 6 hours each day, with about 41% using the Internet for between one and three hours daily.

More than 65% of users had paid bills, downloaded music and video with peer-to-peer (P2P) software, booked movie or concert tickets or made airline reservation online at least once.

The top three activities were reading news online, using web-based email and finding information, which were reported by nearly all the Internet-connected respondents. They were also savvy, making inroads into the World Wide Web by having their own blogs and podcasts (audio recordings, like radio shows, put up on the Net for download and possibly uploading to a digital music player like an iPod).

The study showed that blogging, podcasting, gaming and social networking were gaining strength on the Internet. A large number of Malaysians also use the Internet to look for directions or maps, visit job search sites and make banking transactions. But e-courses and online dating sites have yet to catch on, the survey noted.

More than two-thirds of the sample of 4,670 across all age groups enjoyed high-speed broadband connections. Only 10% of those polled said they had no access to the Internet. Malaysian netizens are also giving the advertising business a positive spin with 31% clicking on video and animated banner advertisements, 27% participating in promotions and 41% reading sponsored pages at least once a week.

An average of 42% of Internet users in Malaysia visit gaming sites, and 46% visit social networking sites. An additional six percent download game regularly. More companies were now starting to weave brand messages in a relevant fashion within the games and sponsor content on popular gaming sites to deliver a higher level of consumer engagement, Universal McCann said.

Other findings from the survey include:

Students and working professionals constitute most users, with students 23% more likely than average to be heavy users (people who spend more than 3 hours online daily).
Home followed by work or school are the two most common points of access for heavy users at 77% and 73% respectively.
Heavy users are more likely than average to engage in more activities, although bidding/selling online is an exception.
Heavy users are much more likely than average to participate in contests, buy/download content and click on sponsored search results.
For both average and heavy users: social networking sites garner the most usage, while game download portals and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) have potential for more traffic.
Average users usually visit and read blogs while heavy users create self-blogs and leave comments on other blogs.
Podcasting across the board has not caught up with the average user yet; even heavy users who experiment with podcasting do so at an infrequent pace.

So guys...we in Malaysian definitely have the potential to go far in the Internet Marketing business.

So do not procrastinate...take you action while the opportunity are still HOT! Tools are around to make your journey a successful venture. Be like a Pros even you are a Novice!

You see, attempting to identify the traits of the perfect salesperson is a waste of time. All you need is to understand your own strengths and perfect them. I’ve been the top salesperson at every company where I’ve ever worked. I’ve won awards, grossed the highest profits and opened a lot of doors. And I did this by being true to myself - by understanding my instinctive talents and strengths and by becoming friends with everyone around me.

Sales is about having a good time and making as many friends as possible. So enjoy what you do. Because when you do, it shows and customers will buy, for a very simple reason:

People Want to Do Business with Their Friends

This is really simple. To make more sales, make more friends. That’s it. Just be likeable. If you do, your customers will buy from you over the next guy. I guarantee that even if you’re more expensive than the next gal or guy, they’ll be happy to pay for your product or service.

If you’re not likeable, then you really shouldn’t be in sales. You need to be in accounting or some other job where it doesn’t really matter if you’re liked.

Once you’ve established friendship, you’ll establish trust. You’ll be seen as an advisor. As a consultant. And you need to become a consultant to your client. Not a salesperson. Not a rep. Not an account manager. A consultant. And the first step in becoming that trusted advisor, that consultant, is to first to become a friend.

The bottom line is that people do business with people they like and people they trust. The product or service is often secondary.

So talk friendly, not professionally. Listen to people and help them solve problems. If you are a real friend, you might never have to think about the word “selling” again.

Hello guys,

Today quite a busy day for me. A lot of emails to reply......but it is fun.

Why? The circle of friends are getting bigger and bigger each day.

When I start coaching someone, I focus on helping them figure out their "WHY". Why are they doing whatever business they're doing?

People always tell their goals.

That's fine. You need goals.

But the REAL truth is, WHY are YOU doing this business? There's a big, big, big reason, something that will keep you going.

If your "WHY" is a 70% and you come up against an obstacle that's a 72%, you're gone! You'll drop out, disappear.

But when your "WHY" is so huge that it can't be overshadowed, THEN you're there to stay and be successful.

When I first started coaching and people would write down their "WHY", it was usually money. They want to make so much money, or pay off a hospital bill, or replace an old car, or buy a new home, or settle the debts. Whatever.

But your REAL "WHY" is never money. It's always about who you really are.

Why are you on this planet? What is it you were meant to do? In one form or another, you're here to change lives, touch lives, help people.

It's NEVER about the money.

This is what Paul Birdsall (owner of PIF4P) told me about his "Why?"..........read further.......

When I coach a person, I always tell my own "WHY". It'll give you a starting point. So I'll share it with you.

The #1 reason I'm in this business, that I'm here on this planet, is because I want to spend more quality time with my family. People say, "Paul, that's crazy. You work full-time in network marketing, you work at home. You're already right there."

Yes. BUT ... I treat business as business. When I'm in the office, I'm in the office. Same as if my office was 20 miles away.

Yeah, I can walk into the kitchen and grab a sandwich and see the family.

But this is a business. I treat it like a business.

So #1 is spend more quality time with my family.

#2, my second "WHY", is to feel good about myself. That's why we have done Pay-It-Forward 4 Profits for people in any network marketing company. We've never charged a dime.

My credentials? Twelve years of hard knocks, 12 years of life lessons. Full-time in network marketing since 1998.

I've seen it all. Everytime a company or distributorship explodes and goes away, it's because of greed and ego. Beware greed & ego. Stay away.

The people we attract don't have a greed & ego problem. They are humble people, people who want success. Like your sponsor here.

But there's more to this "WHY". It's very personal ...just as your "WHY" should be.

My school teachers were pessimists. They'd tell me, "You're no good. You'll never amount to anything. You'll never have a pot to pee in."

But I programmed my mind to reject what they told me.

My mother, would say, "Paul, I love you. I'm proud of you. You can do anything you want. Look at that beautiful picture you drew for me!"

At 7 years old, I made a conscious decision that I liked my Mom's reality better than I liked my teachers reality.

So when my teachers or anyone started running me down, I'd just step into the theater of my mind. I'd picture & hear my Mom saying what a great kid I was. I'd literally feel her hugging me. I'd stop feeling bad.

So now, to feel good about myself, I MUST help people.

There's a husband and wife team that was with a network marketing company for 2 years and never sponsored anybody. We've been coaching them 7 or 8 months. It's amazing. They may win the top recruiter award in their company this year. They're sponsoring 10 or 12 people a month.

They've gone from their heads to their hearts.

Okay...guys....you've read what Paul's has to say about his "Why?".

You'll hear me say this a lot. It's NOT a sales business. It's a teaching/mentoring business. They're not selling anything. I mean, really, they're NOT selling anything. They are Paying It Forward.

I exist to mentor & coach you to success. Not MY success. YOURS! We will train you here. All of us in the group.

So my first bit of coaching is, figure out your own "WHY". Write it down. Test it mentally. (Is it enough to keep you going in VERY tough times?)

They've gone from their heads to their hearts.

CRITICAL: If you don't have a very strong, written "WHY", you have almost NO chance of sticking around long enough to be successful in this business.

Wow! It is Friday today. As I said in my previous post...'time flies'......

Well, life has to go on. Yesterday while doing my daily online activities at home I bumped to a website and read this interesting article. Okay, guys sit back, relax and read this article.

"The chance to earn residual income while working from home is a far better option than commuting to a job to earn linear income. With residual income a person earns money over and over again for a job they do once. With linear income a person only earns money each time they do a task. The choice is obviously clear about which is more desirable. Additionally, who wouldn’t love a chance to work from home instead of having to go to a job everyday? Besides being able to work form home and earn a residual income, network marketing allows a person to do so with little time or money investment.

Many people are afraid to jump into working at home. A person does not have to leave their full time job to stay at home and earn a residual income. A residual income source does not require a person to be present for it to keep generating money. Earning a residual income by working at home is something that is very possible. It is a great option for someone who is a bit skeptical about being able to earn a living working at home because they can stay in their current job while they build their residual income business. Then when they start seeing great results they can finally say goodbye to that old job and start working from home and enjoying the freedom that comes with it."

Definition of SUCCESS

Hi folks!

It has been a good holiday with my family for the past 4 days. It keep me fresh with new ideas.

How about you? Hope you guys now are doing what is recommended to be Successful.

Okay on today's topic I will paste an article about the Definition Of Success.

THE DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

Last night I had a telephone conversation with a friend, and while we were mulling over one subject after another, I mentioned how cool it would be if only I could win the lottery. I remember stating that I wouldn't even mind sharing the jackpot with a few other people, as long as a couple of millions were left hanging for me.

My friend asked me what I would change about my life if I was wealthy, and that's when it hit me: Nothing really. The only difference would be that I would not have to be concerned about paying the monthly bills anymore, and maybe that I would purchase a nice house in the hills, but the actual contents of my life and the way I have furnished it so far would not undergo any significant transformation.

This discovery intrigued me. In fact it got me mulling over it long after the conversation with my friend was over! I started wondering if the universal measure of success should not be: the degree to which a person manages to be satisfied with the general contents of his or her routine.

Just think about it for a moment: there are many wealthy people who would give away half or all of their assets if only they could obtain contentment. And there are many people balancing on the edge of poverty, but with peace in their heart, faces that smile a lot, and a set of activities that they would not want to change for the world. Now, which category of these people is really successful?

My conclusion is, that success has just as many faces as any other possible theme, depending on the society in which it is measured, and the character of the person who measures it. Wrongfully, many people confuse success with wealth: they assume that a person's triumph can be concluded from the expensiveness of his or her watch, car, or house. They envy those in their circle of acquaintances who can financially afford more than they can. They keep comparing themselves with the Joneses and allow their happiness to depend on the level to which they can equal these people's lifestyles. And they forget to just do the simplest thing in the world: turn inside and analyze what it is that they really like.

I think success should be more synonymous with happiness than with affluence. For it's only when you find satisfaction with what you're doing and don't dread facing every new day when your task has to be embarked upon, that you are really successful. When you can move in an environment that pleases you, and when you feel at ease with the ones you deal with on a daily base; when you feel loved, cared for, understood, and valued in what you do, and you don't have to switch personalities from one location to another: that's when you've really attained success. When you see that you make a difference, if only in one person's life; when you are confronted with gratitude, not only from others toward you, but from your outer-self to your inner-self: that's when you are a real winner.

Success, therefore, cannot be measured by what radiates from a person's purse or material cover, but from what exudes from his or her personality. You can feel it in one's touch, you can hear it in one's voice: in the way one speaks, and you can see it in one's eyes. Successful people are self-assured, know what they want, and go for it. And what they want, they simply determine with feeling, and not with what others dictate them.

So, are you successful?

No doubt I am on holiday. I am updating my blog by a pool side. Why? Because this is important to my Internet Marketing activities.

Have A True Passion in Network Marketing and Helping Others

Another weekend..... Time flies...don't you agree. So may I ask you one question?

Are you having a passion in Network Marketing and helping others to be successful?

When you understand that simple philosophy, that you're NOT in the sales business, you're in the teaching/mentoring business, all of a sudden, the phone doesn't weigh 500 pounds. You never again call a prospect to get them into your deal ... the prospects calls YOU, asking you to work with them.

Success is in duplication in Network Marketing. Success is the duplication.....I repeat, Success is in duplication. That is the most important criteria in Network Marketing. Success is not in your own effort. You can be reward with your own effort but TRUE success is in duplication.

Then the next step is you must follow the leader. I do what I am supposed to do. I do what my leader do. I do what I am told to do. I am coach able, trainable, and teachable and that has made me unstoppable. It does not matter how many degrees you have in Network Marketing, it does not matter how much money you have made in the past. You become successful in Network Marketing if you are coach able, trainable and teachable.

Duplication is more valuable than innovation. We do not reinvent the wheel. It is better for you to be duplicable than be innovative to invent something! I do not what to know your great ideas. I do not want to talk about new ideas. I just forecast in my first 90 days and now I am at where I am now in Network Marketing. I am bolt to the wall, stay focus in this business. Giving everything I got and hit it as hard as I could and I don't look up! No offence but this is the road map to success in Network Marketing.

Alright...hope you have a better idea on Network Marketing now. Ponder this topic this weekend and starts calling me next week via skype or yahoo messenger. We will talk more on this. I will tell more to those who are serious of making this business a reality.

7 Tips to Article Writing

Hello folks!

Hope you guys are doing what you suppose to do now. And hope you have learn few tips from my previous posting.

Okay...Why is writing so important to us, Internet Marketers? or may I rephrase it here...

What is the Most Important Skill for New Internet Marketers?

If you were to ask 10 Internet Marketers what the most important skill is for a new marketer to develop, I would guess that at least 9 of them would respond, "writing". After all, you can have an outstanding product, purchase the hottest advertising space online and hire an outstanding graphics designer. In the end, none of it is going to benefits you or do good for you if your sales letter bites the big one.

It’s not enough to go to your favourite guru’s site of the day and copy his technique. Not any more. Not only will someone recognize where your letter came from but the reality is, all that stuff has gotten old. For the most part, potential buyers don’t even read their sales letters any more. If they buy the product, it’s primarily because of the name behind.

So, what’s the answer? The second most important skill to develop for success: "creativity". It is time to think outside the box, friends. You want your readers to be so drawn in by the information they have to drag themselves away from the copy to purchase the product. So, you do it the same way advertisers are doing it in every other medium. You entertain them. Tell them a story, give them a reason to buy from you. People love stories, they always have. So how to get the traffic and buyers or prospects or partners? The answer is by effective marketing.

Having difficulty to start writing an article? Actually, writing articles isn’t as hard as you may think. If you understand the rules of proper grammar, own a word processor or word processing software that includes a spell checker, writing articles becomes quite easy. You will find the following 7 tips useful to you.

1. One step at a time. This is a common mistake, especially by the newbies in article writing. Think about what you want to say, then ignoring about spelling or grammar, just write until you have said all that you wanted to say. When all’s done, then that’s when editing comes in. ;)

2. Know your topic. Don’t be stressed over it. Knowing what you want to sell is not enough. Visit forums to find out what your customers are looking for. Answer their questions through your articles.

3. The length of your article. Articles should be between 300 and 750 words. Most word processors come with the “word count” tool, so make use of this tool.

4. Submission of your article. Do not submit your article immediately after you have completed it. Read it over and make sure you included all that you want to say, and most importantly, get someone else to read it, and sincerely accept any criticism from the reader.

5. The objective of your article. Remember, you are writing an article, not a sales letter. The article should inform and lead readers to your website, where the selling will begin at the website. You do not want to risk losing your credibility with articles that are obvious sales letters.

6. Stay focused. That is, make sure your article stays on track. Should you deviate from your original intention, make a note about the new article idea that you have accidentally found, and get back on track with your original plan.

7. Last but not least, write in simple and easy to understand language. In short, write like the way you talk. In this way, your personality will shine through, and this is the first step to building a relationship with your readers. ;)

Why I Refuse To Pitch Networkers On My Primary Business, Yet Why They Call Me To Join My Primary Business.

Hi folks....sounds an interesting topic, huh! Hope you have a great week.

Well, here it is why?

1: If you're going to advertise, your primary target market for business partners consists of people who have been in networking before, or people who are in it today.

2: The absolute worst way to meet, attract, and sponsor other networkers into your organization is to advertise your business.

Why?

Because Johnny Herbalife doesn't give hoot about your new ground floor business opportunity!

Do you care about his?

Nope, either.

Yet sponsoring other networkers is very simple to do.

In fact it's down right EASY to do. It's even easier to sponsor other networkers into your group than it is to sponsor opportunity leads or new people who are looking for a business opportunity.

You just need to know how to do it!

So here's the secret formula to that will allow you to first attract and then sponsor new partners so easily, you might even feel guilty about it:

***You need to GIVE without WANT before you can HAVE.***

That is worth reading again and again until it finally "clicks" to your mind!

In fact, I would write that out and put it to your computer screen so you come to 'work' everyday with the proper mindset. :)

Now if we want to translate that formula into practical terms for our industry, this is what it would mean:

First, understand why other networkers would join you and your business. It's not the product, it's not the compensation plan, and it's not the management team.

It's because you are offering a solution to their problem and that solution will only come in two forms:

1: You. Your knowledge, your leadership, and your expertise. They will join YOU because YOU can teach them and show them how to build a successful business.

2: You are offering a business building/marketing system which provides a solution to their current problems, and they feel they will be successful with it.

These are the only two reasons a network marketer will ever join you, and these are the two things you must GIVE GIVE GIVE.

Why do you think I take time out of my day to write to YOU?

We've never met before, yet I share my knowledge with you, and with the expectation and understanding that you may take, take, take, and I may never get anything back.

Not even a simple 'Thank You' email...

So... Stop spending yourself broke trying to play the "mine is better than yours game", comparing business values, compensation plan statistics, and sales numbers.

Sell yourself.

Sell your solution.

Take the focus off the company because IT will never be the reason for your success, or anyone else's, and nobody wants to hear about it.

Market "help."

This is WHY I get 3-5 phone calls or emails or even SMS everyday from other networkers wanting my help or advice. Interesting, right!

This is why complete strangers call me, and ask to join my team, even before they know what company I am with.

They do it because they know I can help them get what they want through knowledge and a system that will allow them to do the same thing.

It's not hard.

You can learn how to do it to faster and easier than you think, even if you've never sponsored a single person.

Why? How?

Because no matter who you are or what you've done, you can GIVE... And so you will be given back to.

How To Motivate A Downline.

Hi Friends,

A good day today for me!. How about yours? Ok...today I received a Newsletter from Mike Dillard the owner of MagneticSponsoring.

I just wanna share his newsletter here which I found very relevant with our topic here, Networking concept, Working From Home Journal!

This is what Mike's Newsletter has to say,

"Mike, I have no problem with introducing my daily consumable products to people and having repeat product ordering. We have a system in place to make this simple. Everyone loves the products!

Most of those who come on board for the business, no matter how much support I and my upline give, give up! If they're not making a living in 12months...they're over it! I have tried in various ways to encourage them, however, duplicating myself just doesn't happen. Why?"

That's a great question, and one that EVERY networker with at least 50 reps will start to wrestle with.

I remember feeling quite guilty... Almost depressed for some of the people's lack of success on my team. In turn, I started spending the vast majority of my time developing new websites, new systems, and new tools in order to help them achieve the success they said they so badly wanted.

I basically stopped sponsoring all together and got into the dreaded "management mode", where 90% of my time was spent on training and tool development.

But the funny part, is that nothing ever changed. It didn't matter what I did for them. It didn't matter how bad I wanted "success" for them. The people who were getting results, continued to do so, while those who were treading water, kept treading.

Understand this right now: The only thing you can do that will TRULY help your business and your team members is to lead by example.

Just do the things that you need to personally do on a daily basis to build your business - Advertising, Prospecting, Follow-up, and New Rep orientation. One training call per week for new reps, tops... Spend more of your time one-on-one with your producers, and that's it.

Just as it is a sorting game to find new reps, it is a sorting game to find reps that will work and achieve once they join.

The sad truth is that 90% of those who start a networking business aren't really serious about becoming self-employed. They are just looking to "buy some hope", so they can quite the voices of discontent in their heads.

Soon enough, they'll find an excuse as to why "it didn't work for them", and quit.

And there's NOTHING you can do about it - So don't spend your time and energy worrying about it.

DO NOT cater to their weakness. Do not change your tools if they are working for you. Do not change your websites if it is working for you. Do not change your system if it is working for you - just because it doesn't work for others... It never will, and it's their issue, not yours.

Build YOUR business. Lead by example, and the right one's (the few), will follow you. Put your blinders on to everything and everyone else.

I tolerate ZERO negativity in my life now. Someone send's an unfriendly email... Adios. They're off my list and out of my life.

I was at a convention once and I asked a WHALE of a networking what I needed to do because my downline had gotten stagnant. (I had basically stopped recruiting). "Find new blood" was his answer, and he was right. You're not here to save people. You're here to give them an opportunity to save themselves. Most won't. And only they can ever change that.

As a business owner, it's much smarter to find "Do-ers" and leaders than it is to turn people into them (which is basically impossible without their personal conviction to do so).

It is also VERY important that you leverage LARGE numbers in your business building efforts, because you won't even notice the whiners, complainers, and quitters when you're dealing with thousands of people.

The best way to do that is to start advertising, then build and maintain a LIST that you drip on over time. Each new contact will bring new, interested prospects and reps to the table.

Okay Guys, Interesting Newsletter am I right? Alright now let's think about this..............

It's great to be a network marketer!

Last week's news was a shocker. The stock market plunged 416 points. In one day! Many investors were caught off guard. And the whispers from the back rooms of Wall Street say it's going to happen again. And this also happened at KLSE in Malaysia. The worst is not over.

Wow! What a contrast between the stock market and the network marketing industry. Last week I told you business is booming – that instead of the chaotic see-saw movement of the stock market, our industry has been steadily growing for the past 10 years ... with no end in sight.

And you responded in droves to last month's Business Is Booming Video (where I manage to sponsor 51 downlines within two weeks!) because it was the perfect "Wake up and smell the coffee" message for sleepy prospects. What a great way to say, "There's a bright future for you in network marketing."

Okay, now you've got your prospect's attention. What next?

This one's critical. You DO NOT want to skip a beat.

You now want to invite your prospect to an opportunity meeting or whatever kind of presentation you use. This step could be a minefield or a cakewalk. Depends on what you say, how you say it and when you say it. You sure don't want to flub this one.

So let me break it all down into six mini-steps – a formula that's easy to follow and easily adapt to your own personality.

Greet - Every prospect wants someone to hear their story. Here's your opportunity to get your prospect to open up to you. It's important that you get comfortable with people, be a good listener and always say the right thing.

Qualify - Your prospect will give you all the information you need to sell them (almost effortlessly), if you give them the opportunity. You want to be seen as a trusted advisor, not a desperate salesperson. So be careful here.

Invite - Here's where you lead your prospects to where you can address all their needs, wants and don't-wants. It might be an opportunity meeting that you invite your prospects to or just a chance for you to tell your story.

Handle questions and objections - You may be surprised to hear that there are only eight general objections you're likely to face. I'll tell how you can answer these objections, hassle-free, a little later. Just remember this: If you've handled Steps 1 to 3 properly and completely, there should be no objections.

Close – This is the toughest part for most network marketers. If you've properly handled all the previous steps, your prospect will have no choice but to agree that you have the solution to all their problems. Why? Because a "yes" answer will be the common sense response.

Following Up - Human nature can be a funny thing. People will commit with all their heart to attend a meeting and then (you already know the answer) not show up. They get busy, nervous, forgetful. You name it.
